Caleb (a.k.a. Tay-yub My life as a 2 year old)

I had a super Birthday party on Sunday. I got to be superman, and all the other kids were superman too. I got to eat cake, open presnets and play with my friends.

This morning when Daddy came in my room because it was sunny outside, he told me “Happy Birthday!” I told him “No, no. I just want one birthday. Not two.” But my Daddy told me that today was my real birthday, but I had to tell him no, my birthday is done. I guess he forgot about my birthday that I already had with Superman.

When Mommy woke up she made the same mistake that Daddy did. She said happy birthday to me too. These people don’t know anything. So I had to tell her the same thing I told Daddy that my birthday is all done and I only want one birthday. “No, not my birthday anymore. Who’s birthday is next?” Mommy thought about this for a minute and told me that Andrew’s birthday was the next birthday. So that was good, now I found out whose birthday it really was.

Later Papa called me, and you won’t believe it but he also musta forgot my birthday because he told me Happy Birthday too. So I straightened him out “Not my birthday, mine is all done. Now its Andrew’s birthday.” Papa tried to tell me that it really was my birthday, but I just had to keep reminding him that I only want one brithday and that one is all done. Later both Uncle Shawn and Auntie Katelyn also tried to tell me that today is my birthday too.

Most of my day today was spent explaining to people that I only want one birthday and that birthday was with Superman. Daddy and Mommy put up pictures to prove it.
